What was their business challenge?

LMA is responsible for the entirety of Bill Howe marketing strategy and placement. In this specific case study, Bill Howe was interested in expanding their social media presence and reach. They were looking to incorporate a new perspective of the brand to their social media audience.

What did LMA do?

After reviewing their social media, LMA wanted to introduce more content that brought humor and entertainment to their target audience, while still honoring the values and boundaries of the brand. LMA decided to make their own spin on a very funny, trending piece of content that can easily be applied to the plumbing/HVAC industry. When creating social media content, it’s important to acknowledge that trends have a fast shelf life, so when our team saw this trend, we had to jump on it quick!

Results

The video LMA created for Bill Howe, “We’re Plumbers”, went viral. The post garnered 7,234 likes and 416,000 views. The video reached almost 103,000 accounts and over 6,000 interactions. LMA is continuing to watch social media trends closely and strategize how the content can be applied to Bill Howe. The LMA team has developed a winning social media strategy that includes frequent original posts on Meta (Instagram and Facebook), as well as paid ads on Nextdoor and Facebook.
